Galaxy SGo to Settings > Apps Search for Samsung Email & Click on it > Scroll down to "Battery" and ensure that it's either on "Optimized" or "Restricted". Note the warning if it's Set to "Restricted".

Go to Settings & Search for "Optimize".
You should see this:
You could also Go to Settings & Scroll down to Battery & Add Samsung Email to "Sleeping Apps".
Or, don't Reboot after you change Samsung Email to Restricted..

Galaxy SSamsung S24 this solution does not work. Go to apkmirror and find the previous version. It is working. I hope Samsung make some progress with the new version and soon.
