My Samsung e-mail app keeps syncing. Does anyone know of a permanent fix??

Try this:

Go to Settings & Search for "Optimize".

You should see this:

You could also Go to Settings & Scroll down to Battery & Add Samsung Email to "Sleeping Apps".

Or, don't Reboot after you change Samsung Email to Restricted..

Go to Settings > Apps Search for Samsung Email & Click on it > Scroll down to "Battery" and ensure that it's either on "Optimized" or "Restricted". Note the warning if it's Set to "Restricted".

Did that, thanks. But when I restart the phone it comes back, samething happens with turning notifications off then on.

Is Samsung Email set to "Unrestricted" after you Reboot, or change the Notification for it?

Samsung S24 this solution does not work. Go to apkmirror and find the previous version. It is working. I hope Samsung make some progress with the new version and soon.
