Does anyone having issues with their smart or other courrier's e sim? Mine has emergency calls only. I have been using it for months now and last Monday it's not working anymore,there's no signal and you can't even turn off or remove the e sim. I already went to smart and had my e sim replaced and still has the same issue, I can't even add the new e sim. I tried all the triubleshooting they gave me but none of it works.

we was facing the same issue and is smart towers lost their connection for more than a week, the signal comeback yesterday after we spend unnecessary money on load(btw we are in Puerto Galera)

Smart emailed and sent SMS on issues they had last week and early this week. None eSIM user here though. I have Smart post paid on the S24 Ultra and Smart Bro prepaid in the car HU.

Update:I had it checked at samsjng service centsr and my phone's motherboard is the main reason.glad that it's still under warranty.they will replaced everything.
