Can I seek advice how to activate edge lightning?

Edge Lighting can be found under Settings - Notifications - Brief - Brief Pop Up Settings- Edge Lighting style. You can further customize it there.

If edge lighting doesn't work after activating it, you can turn off 'Remove Animation' that can be found in Visibility Enhancement.
