I am not able to receive any emails, yet I still get them on my old phone.
And I am unable to open some apps brought over from my old phone... Including this app.
Finally, the time is showing in the upper left of the screen (small numbers). How do I get rid of it? I had the same on my old phone and got rid of it... But I forget how.
THANX! (as per usual)

What was your old phone, and what is the new one?

What email are you using, ie: Gmail, Outlook, are you using a Carrier's email address?

Are you using Samsung's email, Gmail or?

Clear Both Cache & Data for the apps that aren't working.

Reboot.

See if that works?

To move or hide the time go to clock settings under Quickstar module in Good Lock

The Good Lock app is showing on my new phone, but it won't open. Anything else I can try?

I don't know how to clear Cache & Data (I'm not too smart when it comes to this kind of thing)

Go to Settings > Apps Search for "Good Lock" & Click on it > Scroll down to "Storage" & Click on it & Click on Both Cache & Storage.

Hi Tlew, just to confirm after performing the steps as suggested by the RedDogRabbit, are you still facing the same problem ?
