For the last week or so most of my emails have been going directly to the Recycle bin. I also have to swipe down to dowload the latest, whereas it use to do it automatically when I opened Mail. Its a Galaxy S9. Any help much appreciated :)
Hi, please follow the steps and verify if the issue is solved.
Email app > Settings > Account settings > Your Email > Incoming Settings > Delete email from server > Tap the drop-down and select "When I delete" from Inbox.
When I get to the 4th step in the path above (Your Email), it doesn't offer any options other than Colour. I also tried Server Settings, and again it does not offer Incoming Settings. I cant find any path that allows me to delete emails from the server.
