Merry Christmas,

For some reason and ever since I completed a system update, my Samsung email has been messed up.

It syncs well for all except ,sent emails. It's showing empty , when I have sent 100's of emails.
I uninstalled/reinstalled
Checked OUTLOOK parameters and they are correct
The system update is acting strange with my phone overall

HELP PLEASE

Hi Bart71,

Merry Christmas! Sorry to hear that the update may have caused some unexpected issues with your Samsung Email app, particularly with syncing sent emails.

Confirm Sync Settings for Sent Emails. Please ensure the Samsung Email app is set to sync sent emails:

  • Open the Samsung Email app.
  • Tap Menu > Settings.
  • Select the affected email account.
  • Under Sync settings, check if Sent Emails is enabled for synchronization.

Please perform Clear Cache and Clear Data. Corrupted cache files may be interfering

Go to Settings > Apps > Samsung Email. Tap Storage > Clear Cache, then Clear Data. Re-add your account and check if the issue persists.

Sometimes, the app doesn’t map the correct "Sent" folder:

  • Go to the Samsung Email app.
  • Open Menu > Settings > Tap your email account.
  • Look for Folder Sync Settings or Folder Mapping (name may vary by email provider).
  • Ensure the correct folder (often "Sent" or "Sent Items") is selected for syncing.

Thank you.

The order is a bit off.

Confirm that the Sent folder is enabled for sync is right, but next,
Confirm that your synchronization settings are accurate! In particular, the SMTP outgoing address as well as port for the security setting.

Next, via ur mail service provider portal, check your mailbox threshold size limit total. See if you've reached that limit clear what's no longer needed if so.
Test sending yourself via the portal. Confirm sent & inbox folders worked.

Copy the draft content and save any attachment needed. Remove and re-add all settings avoid manual if possible for settings full setup.

Most likely a secure certificate for email expired

Hello folk, and thank you. In the end, I performed a backup, reinstalled SAMSUNG EMAIL, restored content, and it was resolved

Take care , thank you, and MERRY CHRISTMAS OR THOSE WHO LIKE TO DESTROY TEADITION . happy holidays.
