Galaxy S- Use web browser from your computer
- Login to appleid.apple.com
- Click Generate Password in security section
- Type name for password, i.e. Samsung Email
- Click create
- Write down the password
Now you can open Samsung Email app → Add account
- Click other
- input your email address and app specific password generated from icloud
- click manual setup
- click IMAP
- click Sign in
Then the email account should add back.
- Mark as New

Galaxy SHi, Welcome to the Samsung Members Community Canada. Please open the Email app and Enter your email address and password then select Manual setup, enter below server settings IMAP information for the incoming mail server
1. Server name: imap.mail.me.com
2. SSL Required: Yes
3. If you see an error message when using SSL, try using TLS instead.
4. Port: 993
SMTP information for the outgoing mail server
1. Server name: smtp.mail.me.com
2. SSL Required: Yes
3. If you see an error message when using SSL, try using TLS or STARTTLS instead.
4. Port: 587 5. SMTP Authentication Required: Yes
Please try the above server settings when you set up iCloud account, please check with Apple support if it says incorrect server settings.
