I purchased a Samsung S24+ some days ago, and am having problems with my only game in my device. It begun running smoothly, but literally 4 days later (today), my game is crashing, and I cannot play at all.
The phone is new (purchased May 1st 2024), the memory is almost empty (I haven't even set up my stuff in the device), I only have one game, and it crashes anyways.
Hey Jessie! Sorry to hear about that! Have you tried rebooting the phone? If not, do it and then try again. Also, this can be a bug with the game, make sure it has the latest update.
