Galaxy SYou can go to Samsung Members app Click on Support & Diagnostics then View Tests & run the Diagnostics for the Camera and see if you get any error messages?
You can also open the Camera & go to IT'S Settings & reset the camera.
If all else fails, backup your device with Smart Switch & Factory Reset.
A Factory Reset has been reported as being the fix?
