Firstly, try to clear the cache and data of the camera appScreenshot_20220813-121332_Settings_5870_1660407212.jpg

Similar errors happened to the s20 series a lot of times but you have a note 20 ultra so...
Is your phone still under guarantee ?

You can go to Samsung Members app Click on Support & Diagnostics then View Tests & run the Diagnostics for the Camera and see if you get any error messages?

You can also open the Camera & go to IT'S Settings & reset the camera.

If all else fails, backup your device with Smart Switch & Factory Reset.

A Factory Reset has been reported as being the fix?

I've never had any issues with the camera on my S20 Ultra, but then I'm an angel 😇 😂
