Why is face recognition grey out has for lock screen option? S21 Ultra w/ android 13.

The only other thing i can think of and i remember reading that somewhere is if you have a corporate/company email, admins can block or not allow some functions. If it was working before and you tried @RedDog's solution, i have no other clue.

Try going to Settings > Apps & Toggle On "Show System Apps" Middle Right click OK & Search for Biometrics. Click on it & Scroll down to Storage & Clear BOTH Cache & Data for Biometrics, Reboot.

See if you can Register your face now.

My face does register, it's the on/off toggle that is grey out.
