fast charging

fast charging is on and blue on my s7 edge. but when I plug phone in it turns gray and regular charges. any ideas?

you have to use original charger and cable. aftermarket parts won't able to support fast charge

Hi @peter23! Both the original Samsung USB adapter and charging cable are required for fast charge. If this still does not work with the setting enabled, the charger may be damaged.
