Galaxy SHi,
I have a S20 Ultra, since march I've been having issues with the USB port not charging / transferring data and android auto not working in my vehicle, I have tried other phones and other genuine cables. The issues lies with the phone, the phone has been to tecworks Osborne Park 5 times and no resolution as they can't determine an issue, I have had previous issues with this company as it took 3 times to replace a camera which wouldn't focus and in my experience they can't / don't fault find. I have been in contact in the voc team for weeks now yet no resolution only saying I don't have an issue and only offering me a reconditioned s20 ultra or to use the Samsung members app, I have continually called them yet I get hung up on or told to wait 1 - 2 business days from other departments and I never hear back.
Is anyone else experience such a lack of customer support with Samsung? As well problematic s20 ultras?
