give voucher to make you spend even more on samsung.
samsung really need to compensate this.
the real problem is the screen yet samsung gave voucher for you to buy another?

it should be free replacement screen, or maybe discount 20% price for screen replacement due to greenline.
if samsung cant afford this one, then it is clearly they dont have any idea what is the causing the greenline.

that is why they afraid to give free replacement / discount.
they seems cant find the root cause of the problem yet

Ya, they are not helping me to solve my green line issue, but try to make me spend more on others samsung's device ? It's ridiculous.

or maybe they might already knew the software upgrade causing this issue but cant afford to tell to the public as it will impact their business.

Samsung India gave replacement because the management are pressured in doing so. We have to pressure Samsung Malaysia to do that as well. The easiest and fastest report to get to them is through social media. They dont care about this forum. The employees are not paid enough to care more anyway.
