Flip and Fold trade-in offers: almost the same? (Canada)

Samsung offers a maximum of $861 if you change for the Flip and $961 for the Fold.

Am I the only one who expected a much more generous offer for the Fold? 

I mean... the two phones don't exactly have the same price! 

Even with additional promo codes, the Fold price remains prohibitive in Canada.
