FM Radio and SpO2

Is there a way to bypass the lock on those 2 features that got blocked in Canada ? 

If I buy my phone straight from Samsung? 

If I buy my phone from another Country?

Can't you just bring back SpO2 with a warning that it shouldn't be used as a health diagnostic or Doctor... ? 

Making them available to buy for not too expensive ?

Giving us an alternative wich is not buying a watch or a ring or Data plan in the case of the FM tuner.

Hard to believe it's not a profit-based decision.

Pretty much annoying when it's displayed in the specs of the phone. I'm due to get a new one since my contract is ending soon and want to get rid of this one. But it doesn't make my choice easier since it seem that I can't believe what I read... 

BTW please don't ever put AI moon in the camera. When I'm taking a picture, I don't want an AI to give me the illusion that it's a real photo if it's tricked by software. If I want a crazy moon photo I'll just gonna google it at that point.

What's locked ? FM radio? Who listens to the radio anymore?

Those who want to listen to it while camping without cell reception. Or during a blackout, or while watching the fireworks with the music in sync. Could be different for the builder to make the antenna through the USB since the headphone jack is another thing they don't want us to have...
