Font color in Home Screen

Can anyone tell me how can I change the font color of the text (names of the apps) in the home screen of my S23 Ultra?

Currently the font color is white, and the screen background is very clear, so the apps names are very hard to read.

I would like to change the font color to black (or near black) so that the contrast with the background is enhanced.
