Do you have same issue with your device? I hate it when the screen suddenly stops responding to touches. Though a restart temporarily fixes the problem. It is still disappointing to experience it in a high-end phone of samsung.
It usually happens, kahit saang devices flagship or not. High-end or low-end. There's always a culprit. 3rd party apps. Uninstall that apps. It should be ok.
But after uninstalling and everything. And factory reset didnt fix the issue that is an OS issue na. Tawag na agad sa samsung.
