Frustrated about the quality of their flaghsip phone😤

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of my Galaxy S22. About a week ago, I noticed a green line appearing on my display. Despite Samsung stating that this issue is not related to software updates, I find it hard to ignore the possibility, as my device developed this problem less than a month after the latest update. To make matters worse, another pink line has now appeared.

I have been a loyal Samsung user for years. My first Samsung smartphone lasted nearly seven years, which is why I trusted the brand and invested in a flagship model. However, my S22 hasn’t even reached two years, and it is already experiencing a serious display issue. Given its premium price, I expected it to last at least five years, but this has been a major disappointment.

I was even considering purchasing a Samsung laptop to enhance my productivity within the ecosystem, but this experience has completely changed my view. The quality of Samsung products is not what it used to be, and I wouldn’t be surprised if more long-time customers feel the same way. This will be my last Samsung device.

Premium Price comes with Premium Problem so you need Premium Service in order to fix your Premium Problem, except if you have Premium Knowledge to keep your S22 last longer

 

i am pretty sure your first Samsung phone wasn't S series, so yea it can last more than 5 years, when you decided to go with S22 you should have Premium Knowledge first (how to deal green/pink line problem) seem like you don't have it so yea so you need to pay the Premium Service

im using s21 but no green line issue for now. you should not update your software instead to avoid green line

Got my first green line few weeks ago s21 5G.. service center charging me 8K!.. phone is more or less 3yrs old, never been dropped, never used with games,  i mean if you'll see it it's like brand new,  I asked for free screen replacement but it was declined.  Pulled out my unit, never again will I buy samsung devices. Still have my S10 and A70 no issues still perfectly working.  What's wrong with these new S series?  Hoping this will not happen to my S8 and S8+ Tabs.  Samsung you just lost a customer!
