Frustrated with delay in shipping of my S22+ online order

The delay in shipping of my S22+ order is awful and shameful is absolutely no F**ks given by Samsung to update me via email or update the Order details page. The order details page still says the order was supposed to be shipped by 21st September.

Followed up on live chat multiple times, each time have been told my order is 

1) manufactured and waiting to be dispatched to warehouse

2) sitting at warehouse and waiting to be picked by fedex

3) charger is out of stock (charger is just an additional accessory i ordered- where is the rest of my order), waiting for it to be re-stocked 

Dont know what is the truth. each time i am told to wait 2-3 days or  another week and that my ticket is being escalated.

Any one has any idea how can this be "actually" escalated?

Have you had a chance to physically call Samsung support and speak to an actual person over the phone instead of chat?

Yes, i have called and spoke to a real person with same scripted response that my order is at the warehouse and is waiting "confirmation".

I am almost sure this is going nowhere and this wait is going to become more frustrating.

The order details page has been showing that manufacturing is complete since about a month now. And i have been told different reasons why its still not shipped. 

The email mentioned 3-4 weeks for delivery for my exclusive color phone, and i am standing at week 6 now.

Well, the apologies don't matter at this point. All i want to know is a realistic date when i am going to get my phone and accessories. Delays are beyond control sometimes but open communication and support should always be available no matter what., and lack of that from Samsung is exactly what is frustrating me and other many other customers who are in the same boat.

In today's age, how hard is it to provide an update on the orders page on actual current status/delays. Or how difficult is it to provide the customer an ability to click a "Cancel" button and get a refund initiated to break free of this unnecessary wait? I would rather go and buy another handset if I was not trapped in this stupid wait game with my money already charged.

I didn't order a phone but something else and had the same problem, and was told different stories as to when I would get my package. When I did receive it, it was postmarked china. I was led to believe it was a U.S. product, and was not the least bit happy about the deception. Perhaps that is your problem Vinkap.

Ugh! i wont be too surprised. the warehouse my phone is at "is apparently somewhere on Mars" looking at how much time it is taking.
