Galaxy S- A Chrome API has been exploited by bad actors to revive expired authentication cookies, allowing hackers to access your accounts.
- Google is aware of the vulnerability but treats it as standard malware-based cookie theft, as the company is reportedly skeptical that the vulnerability is actually being exploited by malware.
- The best preventative measure is to log out of Chrome and all active sessions on your Google account, but it's difficult to determine if your account or browser has been compromised. Use Enhanced Safe Browsing mode and pay extra attention to your accounts.
Personally I've already been looking to switch primary browser on desktop and mobile away from Chrome.
