Galaxy SI feel the customer service people don't have the first idea what they are doing. I spoke to 4 guys to night on 3 separate calls. the level 2 tech took control of the phone and then asked me to shut it off and reboot so he could see the issue. I asked him how he would stay linked to my phone if I power it off. he said it will reestablish automatically when I reboot. it didn't and he did not call back.
lucky I got the phone at Costco. it's going back before the end of the 90 day return policy. Back to Apple....and that's a shame cause I do like the android experience.
