g7 help needed

my phone is 30 days out of the box. I really like it after being an apple user for years. but last week I noticed the camera did not have a top menu bar and I could not get to the camera settings from the settings. after 2 factory resets, Samsung suggested I go to there tech and get a complete wipe and reinstall. I did. it worked. I soon figured out that the camera menu was absent b/c I had the phone in easy mode. well know I have a real problem since the system wipe and reinstall. the phone now boots up from a complete shut down in a new way. the key pad to open it up after a shut down is against a black screen. after I enter my code a big lock appears against a black screen with two blue or green half circles spinning around it. it now takes about one minute 20 seconds for the phone to boot up after I enter my code. then if I scroll to page 2 of my screens it is completely blank for from 5 to 10 seconds.

I feel the customer service people don't have the first idea what they are doing. I spoke to 4 guys to night on 3 separate calls. the level 2 tech took control of the phone and then asked me to shut it off and reboot so he could see the issue. I asked him how he would stay linked to my phone if I power it off. he said it will reestablish automatically when I reboot. it didn't and he did not call back.

lucky I got the phone at Costco. it's going back before the end of the 90 day return policy. Back to Apple....and that's a shame cause I do like the android experience.

you hear alot of bad things about Samsung service which is very unfortunate as the phone is top in my opinion just got to keep your fingers crossed it keeps going..

Samsung Mobile needs to be restructure and do hiring process from top to bottom again.

they seems to be pretty lost when it comes to business strategy.
