Hello,

My phone vibrates and makes a sound without any notification. So weird! 

Lots of glitches in this software. Camera turns black and then shuts down. 

My weather app's notifications are turned off, but it still keeps sending me pop up notifications. 

So frustrating

For the no notification issue, search for "Repeat Notification Alerts" and ensure that option is turned off.  I'd clear the app cache on the weather app to try and fix that issue. Don't forget to restart your phone too just to see if that helps. You can also try to clear the camera app cache to see if that helps too.
