The update to the Smartthings Framework app released last October 2 made several s10's go on bootloop. Only solution for now is to factory reset the device at the cost of losing all your data. Meanwhile, Samsung noticed this already and stopped the botched app version and replaced a new version of Smartthings Framework app. Good thing to those who doesn't havr auto updates enabled. This new version is safe now according to those who updated but I will wait for at least a month before trying.
