Galaxy s10e full screen not working

Hi! 

I am using the last version of android and all my apps are up to date. However, none of them work in full screen, not even google apps. Gardenscapes was definitely full screen earlier today even though it was set to Auto in the system settings. After the Android update it doesn't respond anymore.

I have attached some screenshots. Can you please help?

This is not what this setting does. Full Screen apps is to force apps to adopt the new 18:9 and longer aspect ratios. It will not enable Immersive Mode (when the nav bar and status bar are gone) as the app must ask for it on its own. You can however decide to disable the nav bar in Settings. It's not a perfect solution I know.

Please try and check are any other apps are shown in full screen or not. If other apps are shown in fullscreen then probably it is a compatibility issue.
