Galaxy S20 camera auto edit

Hey, I have a question about the camera. Why, when I take a photo with the front camera, it automatically tries to brighten up the photo after taking it? The quality majorly drop when it does this. Especially in low light. Its so bad that the photos are no good. Its like they max out the ISO. 

Is there a way to turn that setting off?

Please try to reset the settings of the camera app.
Open the Camera >> Then, open the Settings >> Click on Reset Settings >> Confirm your decision by tapping on RESET.
Note: This Tap option will reset only the settings for the camera application. It will not impact the settings for the Galaxy Camera operating system and it will not remove any of your personal information from the camera.

Hi, I just tried that, and does not resolve the issue with the camera. I never changed any of the settings.

Since when you are facing this issue? Is this happening after the recent update?

Hi samsung s22 ultra also edits my photos right away - first it's ok then some 3 color dots appear and it changes the photo.
