• Models: Galaxy S20(6.2"), Galaxy S20 Plus(6.7"), and Galaxy S20 Ultra (6.9")
• Super-fast 120Hz refresh rate on FHD+
  
• Normal 60hz refresh rate for WQUHD+
• A 12-megapixel main camera lens
• A 64-megapixel telephoto lens
• A 12-megapixel ultra-wide lens
• A 3D time-of-flight sensor, but only on the larger S20 Plus
• S20 Ultra is expected to feature the 108-megapixel sensor 
  
• 100x Samsung “Space Zoom" with new sensor

I might be jumping on the S20 Ultra wagon when it comes out. Will decide while holding it in hand. One thing for sure, i wont consider that foldable flip thing that's also coming out.

I'll probably go with the Ultra, since I like big phones. I have big hands which is why I hate smaller phones. 😅
