Galaxy S21 Utra back cover came out

My G S21 Ultra (flagship) phone‘s back cover came out because of poor adhesive used by Samsung. All Utra phones back cover will come out after 2-3 year. The nature of the adhesive used is just useless.  Phone should be water proof, at lest not the back cover just came out.  I talk to 1-800-SAMSUNG, no solution.
