Galaxy SI have been using Samsung phone for many years, but my experience with the S22 purchase was really bad this year.
Samsung gives the e-voucher to entice customer to pre-order its phone, I can understand that due to over-whelming response, they might delay to shipment. That's fine. However, why give voucher to purchases wearable, but limit the wearables which we can purchases. I just show how insincere Samsung is in giving out these e-voucher. Why limit the color of the smart watch which we can purchases through e-stores? And some of the products are always unavailable on the e-stores.
Also, I have made my purchase with the e-voucher 2 weeks ago, and it is still under "processing" status today. I really feel that if you are sincere in giving out these vouchers, you should encourage your customer to utilise these voucher and also provide them with a user-friendly platform to do so. And not implement so many hurdles to create such unpleasant experience.
Really disappointed with Samsung
