I placed an order for a red Galaxy S22 ultra. Website said up to 3 weeks delivery. This has been updated to 3-4 weeks with delivery date of 2nd Jan but still just says ‘processing’ and no notifications of dispatch yet. Went on online chat and after AN HOUR, was finally told that they are waiting for stock verification and I should now expect 4-6 weeks delivery. SO HARD to get accurate information from Samsung. Not great service!
