Galaxy S22 Ultra - very weak signal strength reception

Hello,

I am using Galaxy S22 Ultra with mobile network Maxis. I am experiencing a weak signal strength reception compare to other same product phone on the same mobile network (Maxis) at certain area/location (such as Kg Bari Kecil, Setiu, Terengganu).

Anyone, can help? suggestion? opinion?

Turn on and off airplane mode, reset APN settings?

Can i say that my phone is having a bug? (After at one time i experience during charging it detected water/moisture)

Not sure if this moisture did any damage to your unit. Best to let it checked by Samsung service center.

Okay tks. I ve check to make appointment in few samsung service centre but fully booked until Jan 2025. Tks anyway and hv a great day🙏

That is not samsung, maxis use huawei connectivity security issue and 5g now still not stable .
