My new phone cannot open any app that you have to prove you not a robot. I think it's called Gotcha. It just spins all the time. Also cannot open Wealthsimple, coinbase, Facebook. Etc.

Tells shop said wait for Samsung to update a fix. Help.....

It's called "Captcha". 

If it's just spinning, try using a different browser. See if that works for you.

Hi, please try to uninstall and re-install the browser and verify if it fixes the issue.

If they are using Samsung's Internet Browser, (not Samsung's Internet Beta, which is not a System app & can therefore be uninstalled), it is a System app & cannot be uninstalled. 

They can only uninstall updates.

You can actually uninstall samsungs web browser.

The Beta version yes. The regular version is not possible to Uninstall, you can't even disable it though Settings > Apps, only uninstall the updates for it.

If you're thinking that using adb will uninstall it, that's false, adb will only hide it from view, but it's still installed.

What's your device model number & One UI version? 

And you are sure that you aren't thinking of Samsung Internet Beta, which is not a System app & can be uninstalled?

You can only uninstall the updates to Samsung Internet (Non Beta).
