After 1 year and 2 months of my S23 plus phone, a green line suddenly appeared. Tapos a few days later, nadagdagan ng dalawang pink line. After non, isang pink line na lang naiwan. But now, the second pink line appeared again and very obvious na siya. Inalagaan ko nang maayos ang phone ko, knowing na galing pa sa stipend ko ang pinambili ko. First time kong bumili ng phone for myself, tapos ganito mangyayari. Flagship phone pa naman. Super disappointed, never again kay samsung. 😢

sorry to hear that, i can't help you beside you have to pay for screen replacement, or ok if you simple leave samsung

I'm already planning to have it repaired ASAP. I'll still use it when it's fixed, but I think this would be my first and last phone from samsung.

Got my S24 repaired twice and on the third time nasa knila pa unit ko.

All happened after that UI7 ulpdate. Kayamot.

Didispute nila ung claim na it is due to softwate update and insists na minshandling ng unit 🤦🏾

I have s23 plus also. It happen around May 2025 update, then every update afterwards adds another green line for me.

Yeah same with mine 3 lines. 1 obvious then the other 2 are thinner/faded.

Typical for Scamsung PH. I also had got a green line on my unit. Yep just dont buy scamsung again 60k for a year and a half of use is highway robbery. They will even charge you 250 for diagnosis fee, after you are clearly complaining about the screen. Poor way of valuing your customers scamsung!

1 year and 2 months din s23+ ko at nagka pink line.

Dinala ko sa service center sa sm north at nirepair nila for ₽6,375. Hindi nila iwawaive yung fee kahit walang damage yung phone kasi out of warranty na.

10-11 days ang inantay ko bago marepair ito dahil wala daw available parts.

Ayon, maayos na ulit s23+ ko kaso need ko bumili ulit ng new screen protector.

Hindi na ulit ako bibili ng samsung.
