The back glass of my S23 Ultra, a one-and-a-half-year-old phone, is severely falling off. This damage speaks for itself; it is disappointing and compromises the overall quality and longevity of Samsung's flagships—even a deal-breaker. This problem is not rare; many other users have the same issue. To my knowledge, it has occurred from the S20 to the latest series, as my dad's S20 has the same problem. This is despite it no longer being his work phone. Do you want to know why? The screen developed purple and green lines (dead pixels). This is unacceptable for any flagship phone. My next phone will definitely not be a Samsung. If I had to express my experience in car terms, Samsung is like BMW: sporty, powerful, and completely unreliable.

A video to show how bad the situation is
In the video, you can see how weak the glue is. The phone's overall feel has changed because the glue has failed. I could use my nail to lift the back glass to the point where it was moving the camera covers.

In another matter, I was impressed that the covers (for the real lenses) are part of the whole back structure. I thought it was an individual piece, which wouldn't be financially beneficial because, I assume, if a cover is damaged, you will need to replace the whole back glass.

Hello! Try to claim the warranty for factory defect if it had a blow and then you can send it to be repaired by an expert technician or also by Samsung itself.
