There is 1 change, for the maximum restriction security.
Previous version user not able to transfer file from another phone to another phone or PC, due to the USB blocking.
So, this new released samsung has removed it from the auto blocker > maximum restriction security

There are a few reasons why you might not have received the update for your Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra yet, even though it has been rolled out:
* Phased Rollout: Samsung often rolls out updates in phases to different regions and carriers. This means that it may take some time for the update to reach your specific device.
* Carrier Restrictions: Your carrier may have specific procedures or requirements before they can release the update to their customers. This can sometimes delay the rollout.
* Device-Specific Factors: Factors like your device's model number, region, and software version can also influence the timing of updates.
