Anyone that is affected by the green line issue after the latest update july 31 2025 patch?

Green line appeared 24 hours after the update, no idea how much it would cost i'd rather have this replaced by samsung or I'll be switching to another brand. Does Samsung Philippines offer free replacement? I doubt

Yeah, other members will even fault you, not samsungs manufacturing incompetence. Sad at this point how people dont realize and forget that samsung also built the exploding note 7.

Scamsung PH will never address the green line of death issue. It is a factory defect.

If you visit Samsung service center, I have heard different stories.

1. Using mobile data more will result to green lines because of more heat it gives the device (So sa bahay or office lang ako all the time?)

2. There is a PROPER way to update the phone daw.. Funny because Scamsung never mentioned this to customers.

3. Greenlines will NEVER appear when you update your phone daw.. most of the time when you DROP it.

4. Updating will put your phone into overclocking that's why it will be hot because the processor will maximize the processor to update the phone. (Nagmamadali ba kami?)

In the end, they will always say it's the customers fault and never their fault.

I already messaged the CEO of SPH however they will not admit, address it properly. At the end of the day, pay for the repair.. They won't even care if you switch brands, mayabang sila.
