Galaxy S7/S7 Plus update

Did anybody receive an Android Pie upgrade on S7 Plus.

Based on the notice that Samsung published, we expect to receive the update in June 2019

So far I didn't receive any Security update or android Pie upgrade in June

THERE IS NO PIE update for the S7/S7e - The S7 series has had it's two OS updates that Samsung will provide - If you REALLY want Pie on your S7 then you can Root it & Flash a Custom Rom that is based on Pie 😉🐧

That Notice NEEDS clarification! The Notice is including Both Security Patch updates & One UI updates for eligible devices 🕊️

First of all, there is no Plus model, it's Edge, not plus. Secondly, we already talked about this in previous forum posts, the S7 series will not get Pie. Only quarterly updates. I know, it's sad.

I am not too sure why this question keeps coming up....

Galaxy S7 will NOT be getting Pie.

If you are seeing updates regarding the S7 on the scheudle, this is most likely for securtiy updates and not android os updates.

so, Samsung they have to change the notice title to eliminate any confusion. the question will keep coming if Samsung kept S7/7 edge under Android Pie schedule notice. common sense
