Alright, so super weird issue. I can't find anything similar online. So the other day, I was watching a YouTube video and for no reason the colours on the green got all washed out. I downloaded several screen testing apps, and it appears there's an issue with the black pixels. The pixels that are supposed to be showing the colour black all turnout as green. I've tried to reset, reboot, clear cache, reinstall firmware and nothing seems to fix it. I've tried adjusting every single display setting. When I googled "Black" images all the images are really pixely (even though I searched high quality image). The display cannot differentiate different shades of black.

Hey @joelmcmurray, unless you've recently dropped your phone (which could lead to damage of the display), then the problem shouldn't persist if you've already tried a factory reset. Since you own an S8+, I'd assume that your device is still covered under warranty. It's hard to say without looking at your device in person but it may potentially be a manufacturing defect. To obtain technical assistance or to book a service/repair to your product under warranty, please contact our customer care centre at 1-800-SAMSUNG (726-7864).
