Galaxy S
I recently started getting issues with my screen. It started as opening apps and hitting things while I'm not pressing the screen. I did a reset and it's still doing it with the keyboard hitting keys I'm not even touching or it will swipe along the board and hit keys. I've try googling a bunch of things and can't seem too find a fix just seems too be the screen is bugging out on swiping typing. Any ideas on this issue.

Try testing the screen with the Diagnostics here on the Samsung Members app - See if it sheds any light on the issue 🐧

Do you have a screen protector - Depending on the type it COULD be interfering? When you said that you "reset" that was a Factory Reset?

You might want to visit a Samsung Service Center - Unfortunately that's the only other thing I can think of 😕

Hey @Ritchie95, please take your device in to a Samsung Service Center as @ShaggyskunkS9P has suggested.
