Galaxy S
My camera has been having issues when taking photos for some time now and after doing some digging I see people are mentioning it relates to software. This is very disappointing. I have had this phone for 2+ years and besides this issue it works great and I wasn't considering splashing out on another expensive device but as I use my camera almost everyday I'm now at the point of considering having to purchase a new phone. This has put me completely off of another Samsung device. I have used Samsung for many years and also have the earbuds and watch but considering the lack of customer support and issues I may have to switch to another android device. My husband also has the same phone and isn't experiencing the same issue as me however when he first got his phone had to return it as there was issues with it. For the money they're asking these days I'd expect much better. When I first had this phone everyone would comment on how great the picture quality was.

Galaxy SThere's nothing wrong with the Camera on the S20 Ultra, I have one.
If you're having issues with the Camera, there's a couple of things that you can try:
- Open the Camera and go to IT'S Settings & Scroll down to "Reset Camera".
- Go to Settings > Apps and Search for the Camera & Click on it > Scroll down to Storage & Clear Both Cache & Data for the Camera & Reboot.
Test the Camera and see if it is working properly for you now?

My Note 20 ultra camera would not focus u less I smacked it on the side. It was unusable and annoying as ***. Started after a big software update. Lots of people got the same issue. Camera took awesome pics in focus though.
