Does anyone else experience times when they touch the screen the phone doesn't respond, or at times it tends to lag a little bit?? And not even using multi windows when this occurs. And the touch issue tends to be on the right side of the screen fold
Hi, If you attach a screen protector or optional accessories to the touchscreen, the touchscreen may not function properly. Also, small stickers such as security labels may affect the touch sensitivity. Please check the touch function after removing the attachment. If the attachment is removed and your device operates properly, it's not a device defect. Could you also confirm the touch is not working on only certain areas like the edges or around the navigation bar?
