Gallery app

I don't know if anyone else has had this problem with a Samsungdevice.  My Samsung S22+ Smartphone is only a week old. Pictures 📸 don't save at all.  Is there a setting that I can change?  Thanks

That's odd. They should be automatically saved to Samsung's Gallery. 

Check in Settings > Apps > Gallery & Permissions.

It should have Files & Media permissions granted / allowed.

If not, change the permissions to "Allowed".

You might also want to Reset the Camera Settings. Open the Camera & Settings & scroll down & select Reset. Reboot & test.

I checked app settings. I changed a setting that said to remove permissions if app isn't used. I also rebooted the phone. I will be taking lots of pictures 📸 to see if the Gallery app works. Thank you for your help. 👍

Did you change any of the permissions for the Gallery app, & are they still allowed for Files & Media?

Are you using Samsung / One Drive to backup your photos?

I have Samsung's Gallery app installed & Permissions are granted, but I use F-Stop Gallery.. Never had any pictures deleted from any of my Samsung devices. 🤷
