I have a s22 Ultra

When I take a picture and look at the details within gallery, I find that the shown location is off my ~.5 km. I have worked twice with the techs where they used "smart tutor" to connect to my phone and they have found that all the permissions are set correctly and can't offer any  suggestions as to how to fix my problems. They have deleted and reinstalled both the camera and gallery apps on my phone, but the problem persists When I'm in gallery , looking at details and edit the location data, I find that the map knows my correct location, but gallery is misreading the known gps data and writing it incorrectly into the photo.

Who else is having this problem? Is the phone so new that people are unaware of this or is this unique to my device?

Hi, We suggest you to try factory reset and check it will fix the Gallery issue and please keep us posted.

Important : Please make a backup and save all information you need before factory reset, otherwise your personal information may not be recovered.

Here are the steps to backup your data: Backup from Samsung account--Apps >> Settings >> Cloud >> Backup >> Select the data >> Back up now. Backup from Google account--Apps >> Settings >> Backup and reset.

Here are the steps for factory reset, settings >> General management >>Reset >> Factory data reset >> Scroll down to the bottom and tap on Reset >> Delete All.
