Gold Circles Around Icons

Some of the icons on my S20 has little gold circles around the icon.  I've attached a screenshot.  Anybody know what this is and how to get rid of it?

I think you are using a certain theme or icon pack...

Hmmm....I don't remember downloading anything.  I've looked in the Themes section and nothing is activated.  Am I missing something?

If you're not sure if you have a Theme running, Go to Settings > Themes & Apply the Default Samsung Theme & Reboot.

See if you still have the gold circles?

Check the following,

Settings → Themes → 3 bars on top left → My Stuff

Check Themes and Icons,are default themes and icons selected?

Also, do you have Goodlock Theme Park?

I checked the My Stuff section for Themes and Icons.  They are both on default with no other options available. 

There are two Wallpapers available:  Gallery and Preloaded.  Neither is checked.

Maybe you need to go through your apps. Could be one of your apps causing it.
