Google Play System Update Not Working

The latest version installed of my Google plan system update is 01 October 2023 and since then whenever i try to check for an update the blue bar keeps running and running and the software stucks on this step in this situation. 

I tried to restart the phone, clear the cash ..etc .. Nothing worked. 

I read on reddit and other forums that some people have this problem but with the June version and not with the October version and that their problem was fixed when they installed the OI6 , mine is already installed ... So any idea ?

It's not a Samsung issue, it's a Google issue. 

Someone else posted a link about it here, last week.

Only thing that you can do is wait.

My S20 Ultra One UI V5.1 is on the November 1 Play System & my S23 Ultra One UI V6.0 is on October 1 Play System.

Bro I had October 1st patched was installed and I was having some bettery drain issue on the s23u one ui 6 so I decided to do a factory reset now after factory reset my Google system update it's on July 1st .... strange

It's a Google issue, not a Samsung issue. 

The "resolution" needs to come from Google.
