Hey, I've been trying to update my Google Play system for the past month, but it keeps showing me this error message. Do you know how to fix it?

Go to Settings > Apps TOGGLE ON "Show System Apps" and Search for "Update" & Select each one & Clear Both Cache & Data for the app & Reboot.

Go to Galaxy Store app info, and top right corner uninstall updates then try. 1730990783020.jpg

Hi rishikesh,

Sorry to hear this issue from you. Please try the above steps by RedDogRabbit to perform Clear Cache and Clear Data.

After performing, please Restart your device and then go directly to Settings > Security > Google Play System Update to try the update again.

If still that doesn't work, you can perform Reset Network Settings: Go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This can help resolve issues related to Wi-Fi or mobile network configuration, though you’ll need to reconnect to Wi-Fi afterward.

Thank you.

If the suggestions didn't work, Either Factory Reset or visit a Samsung Service Centre to get it checked out by a tech.
