Google Play Update Issues

Is anyone having issues with Google Play not updating apps since the One UI 8 update? Apps via the Galaxy Store are updating fine but google play isn't. I have the S24 Ultra and I restarted my phone quite a few times and still nothing.

s23 ultra and yes,apparently samsung has removed some of the features on the s23 ultra without notification in the new update....***

Thanks for responding. That is crazy! I just checked back and they seem to slowly be updating on their own but not when I try to update 🤦🏽

I dont think I will ever purchase another samsung,they are becoming too apple visionary

Yes please I have been experiencing issues as well, even contacted Samsung, tried the advice given which didn't work, even factory reset my phone which didn't work, I had to use a VPN to update my apps from Google. I found that advice on Reddit... Hope they get it sorted soon if not.......

Which vpn did you use? I'm yet to find a good one. 3/4 of the apps on google play aren't even available in the Galaxy Store (if that's what they're pushing for)

Proton vpn mainly or Secure vpn , don't know what is going on with Samsung and Google

You are welcome, I thought something was wrong on my end, wasted my time factory resetting, uninstalling Google play services and Google Play Store, I almost took my phone to someone to get help but I continued searching til I found out what to do because half off my apps from play store weren't updating, Using the vpn caused Google Play services and Play store to be updated. It was a stressful time for me, lol I was planning to switch but for now I'm just cooling it. Let me know if you get through with your updates
