Green line issue

Why samsung keeps creating new products but does not create solution for green line issue. Guess we're saying goodbye samsung soon?🤔

When did the green line appeared? Did you update to UI 6? Some saying it's the update that caused it

After the software update. At first, it wasn't noticeable. But after a few days, it got worse. I Wish Samsung would create a solution to this issue.

Unfortunately can't be fixed by software. I've read online Samsung India was offering free screen repairs due to that same issue, I'm just hoping they offer it here.

Also, the phone is cared just like a baby, not even dropped. I'm looking forward to Samsung offering this here in the Philippines.

The green line issue is an uncommon issue among AMOLED screens, usually caused by heat and humidity. Heat sometimes affects the display assembly, causing the green line on the screen. 

So what causes the heat to go up? While a lot of people are quick to point out the update, heat can come from a number of issues: overuse, overcharging, ambient environments, etc. It may not be your fault, as we understand that users do their best to take care of their devices - but it does happen, and is considered regular wear and tear in most cases.
