Galaxy S
after an update, my phone suddenly got green line on the screen. It is unexpexted thing plus the cost of screen replacement need to be bare by the user not the macnufacturer. It is not fair and i am so dissapointed. Btw, im using s22. Annd using in since 2022 so only for 2 years ++ of usage. Based on my reading and searching about this issue, so it is a global issue. Lol

I'm also user of s22 version. After the update, now i got 2 green line. How did samsung can't responsible for this, it is obvious already we did not careless on our device, it is from the manifacturing.

And samsung didn't acknowledge this issue. Hopefully people will shy away from samsung after this due to their subpar quality product, yet they are charging for premium price

My S22 has been blessed with a green vertical line after an update. Exactly 2 years old in June 24. I have tried all avenues with Samsung.
1. Chat
2. Service centre
3. Technician call back.
All same answer, change screen. Guarantee 3 months.
Absolute madness.
If its a remote incident then I am ok with it, but it's a global problem. Samsung should be responsible n change the screen for free.
