Green line on s22+, ONE NEW LINE AFTER EACH SOFTWARE UPDATE

As the title says. 

As a lifelong samsung user, this might be the last time i use a samsung phone ever. The green line has appeared in ALL my old samsung phones, and this time the service store is asking for $400 in screen replacement.

My S22 Ultra also have vertical green line after samsung software upgrade days ago. Cost is about $400 after online chat. Just after 2 years and had been using Samsung over 20 years and I get my whole family hp using Samsung. Probably is time to change other brand. Saw India had all S22 Ultra screen replacement FOC, here need to pay and is known Samsung issue.

My S22 Ultra also has the vertical green line issue after samsung software upgrade. I have been using this phone for 2+ years and have been using Samsung for over a decade never having any issue. Went down to service center and was told that my few options were to either replace my screen which was quoted at over $400, or to do screen repair which cost over $200 or to get a new phone. I have read that Samsung offers free screen replacement for green line issue till 31 Dec 2024 for certain models which include S22 Ultra. But apparently, that offer is not available in Singapore.

Overall a disappointing answer and experience. Will consider other phone brands for a new phone.

Recently my S22 also affected with the same green line issues after softwareupdates, I got visited one of the Samsung service centre, they push the problem to me and not even bothered about the customers frustrations about this issues.The service centre staff behaviour are very worst also they not care about the customers problem. Am using Samsung phones and products over 10years, my last phone also affected with motherboard problems, Samsung phones reliability are very worst now, am going to stop using Samsung products anymore, better choose other brands.

I too am a very loyal Samsung user but very disappointed that my S22+ has been affected by the green line. Can I ask whether your issue was satisfactorily settled?
